Friendly staff, just too much focus on securing booking at the expense of double checking all was correct.

Thank you for your review.
We understand from your Account Manager that after various conversations you requested this specific resort. As I believe, at the time of writing this, piste conditions are superb with 50cm on the lower slopes and 260cm on the upper slopes.
Apologies we weren't able to make amendments 48 hours after booking but we have to follow the terms and conditions of the tour operator.
