I am sorry that you have not been happy with the level of service provided post booking. It is regrettable that you were frustrated at being unable to access your easyJet booking via manage my booking, which is understandably not possible as Ski Solutions booked the flights on your behalf. It is important to bear in mind that by booking a flight inclusive package all elements of the holiday are financially protected under the ATOL scheme.
