Good service

It was disappointing when you are paying so much money.
The contact at Ski Solutions had a rather curt manner and made a number of mistakes with the holiday, including the London airport, the availability of the hotel and the transfer arrangements.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you received from us and I am sorry in this instance it fell short of your expectations. It is hugely regretable that you found your contact to be curt, previous Feefo feedback has been very positive but all feedback we receive is used to help us improve the service we offer and I have addressed your comments with your Account Manager.
As our holidays are tailor made we have to obtain availability from our hotel partners for each individual client. I understand that there was some miscoummunitcation with hotel in regards to check-in dates for the New Year period for which we are very sorry.
In regards to your transfer, the majority of our clients will take a private transfer and as a result we only have a partnership with one company offering shared transfers. After booking your Account Manager found a shared transfer company the offers a far better service, with smaller vehicles and less stops en route, hence the change to your booking.
