Thank you for your feedback. From checking your booking it appears that the flights you had booked through Skiworld experienced a schedule change, which we then advised you of. While this is covered in their Terms and Conditions we are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience.
We understand that you did also experience a chalet move once in resort, so we have passed your feedback regarding the flight change and the new chalet to Skiworld who will be responding direct to you once they have looked in to it. We are glad, however, that you enjoyed the booking process with Ski Solutions and your time once in resort, and we hope to have you holiday with us again in the future.

Very helpful team, nothing was too much trouble.
Really helpful. They looked into a number of different locations across a variety of dates for us, as well as giving us lots of useful advice. As a result we have booked with them.
