Competitive prices but unhelpful sales team
The agent we spoke to went booking over the phone was quite abrupt. She misheard me when I said I wanted France or Austria and had put the phone down on me before I had a chance to correct her saying...

I am sorry to hear that you initially found the Account Manager abrupt - we usually receive excellent feedback for her however we have passed this on for her to look at for the future. I am glad she managed to find and book you a holiday that you were happy with in the end though, and hope that you are currently enjoying yourselves out in Meribel!
We apologise if you were not given the full information from the After-Sales team - when booking with Tour Operator's we can only pass on the information that they give us when sending over a client's travel documents and yours stated check in at the airport. I am happy to hear that they managed to sort it for you when you went direct however, and we will speak to them about ensuring we have all the information necessary to pass on to our clients.
I hope you and David have a lovely time out in Meribel.
