Dear Jonathan, thank you for your feedback. Ski Solutions offers all current Ski Club GB members 5% discount from the basic adult price of their holiday. We ask that clients inform us of their membership at the time of booking and as with any discount, voucher or promotional code this needs to be applied at the time of booking and purchase. We highlight on the Ski Club GB and Ski Solutions websites that the discount must be added at the time of booking. Apologies if there was any miscommunication the email we received on the same day you booked, asked for clarification for a few points however there was no request to add in the discount. The request to add the Ski Club discount was received sometime after booking and in line with the terms of the offer it could not be added to your booking.
