Good Morning, Thank you for your recent review. I am sorry to hear that you are struggling to swallow the tablets you have ordered. I will certainly pass this on to the relevant department as feedback. The tablets are designed to be cut or crushed so you may find this more beneficial. Many customers find having crushed them to mix them in a liquid or yoghurt an easier way of taking tablets. I have also sent you one of our own pill cutters free of charge to help cut them into a more manageable size for you. Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that Yodel has left your parcel at the wrong property. Please be assured that we do not deem this acceptable and a complaint has been logged with Yodel in regards to this. Unfortunately, we do no longer use Royal Mail for deliveries. This decision was based on previous customer feedback and whilst they were striking, we could not guarantee the delivery time of our parcels. We are currently in contract with Yodel for deliveries, so when this is coming up for renewal, we consider all customer feedback and the percentages of successful deliveries to make an informed decision.
