I am terribly sorry to hear that you have not yet received your parcel from us. I have looked into your account and I can see that your order was despatched on Friday 21.07.23. As you have chosen the standard tracked delivery service on your order, this method of delivery does take 2-3 working days after the day of despatch. So as today is the 1st working day, you should receive your order within the next couple of days.
