It would be helpful to know the reason for the late arrival of the coffin. As this did cause some emotional response. Otherwise Simplicity would be recommended by me. Thank you. .

Very poor communication

Communication with Simplicity is hopeless. If you miss a call they do not call back within a reasonable time as an answering takes messages. Also passing requests to the crematorium was inadequate....
