Tarnishing can happen for many reasons with 925 Sterling silver and this can cause a reaction whist worn. This is not recognised by the industry as a manufacturing fault. We would recommend that our items are worn following the care instructions sent with your order which will also provide you on the best way to bring the item back to its original shine and lustre.
