Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, while we dispatch all orders as standard on a next-day service occasionally delays occur. We are aware all courier services experienced higher than usual demand following the Easter Bank Holiday and were unable to fulfill all deliveries in their normal timely manner. That said, we take full responsibility for your experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate how frustrating this must have been.

Thank you for your review, and I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it is not to receive your order on time, especially when you’re unable to get through to someone and then have to track down where the parcel has been left. Not being notified that it was delivered to a neighbour is certainly not the level of service you should expect. While the delivery was carried out by our courier partner, we take this feedback seriously as it reflects on the overall experience we provide. We will be raising this with the courier to prevent this happening again. In the meantime, if there is anything further we can do to help or make this right, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly — we’d really appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
