We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We understand your concerns regarding the service and your refund request, and we would like to ensure that your complaint is reviewed appropriately. If you have any further questions or would like to provide additional information regarding your case, please contact us again by email so that our customer service team can review the matter and assist you further. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with your return transfer from Benidorm to Alicante Airport. Please accept our sincere apologies, particularly for the way the driver behaved This is absolutely not the level of service we expect our customers to receive. We are pleased to hear that you found the transfer service itself convenient and suitable for your airport-to-destination needs. We also appreciate your feedback regarding clearer information about pick-up points and timings. We will take this on board, as providing customers with clear and easy-to-understand transfer information is very important to us. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention, and once again, please accept our apologies for this disappointing experience.
