„Shuttle Direct United Kingdom“ apžvalgos

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. After reviewing your reservation, we found that the vehicle initially recommended and booked based on the information provided regarding the number of passengers and luggage was unfortunately too small to safely accommodate the full group and all baggage, including the bulky items. For this reason, the booking had to be cancelled and you were informed of the situation We fully understand that this was frustrating, especially since your reservation had already been confirmed and we truly apologize for the disappointment this caused. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue working to improve the accuracy of vehicle recommendations to avoid similar situations in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with the shuttle transfer did not meet your expectations. We understand how stressful travel days can be, and we regret any frustration this situation caused you. We would like to clarify how our shared shuttle service works. The transfer you booked was a shared shuttle, which means it operates on a schedule coordinated among multiple passengers. For this reason, it is mandatory for customers to call to confirm their exact pickup time and pickup point. This requirement is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, which are accepted at the time of booking, and it is also mentioned on the travel voucher you received. While we are glad that you were ultimately able to make the transfer, the situation arose because the agreed procedure for shared shuttle pickups was not followed. These procedures are in place to ensure that all passengers are collected smoothly and on time. We genuinely regret that this resulted in a negative experience for you. Your feedback is important to us, and we will continue working to make our instructions even clearer for future customers. Should you choose to travel with us again, we recommend considering a private transfer, which offers flexible pickup times and locations for a more personalized experience. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
