„Shuttle Direct United Kingdom“ apžvalgos

Thank you for sharing your experience, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you encountered on 30/5 at Chania Airport. We are very sorry that your transfer to Rethymno was missed due to your flight delay from Denmark and that you were left waiting for several hours. We fully understand how exhausting this must have been, especially after a long journey. For shared shuttle services, when a flight is delayed and the originally scheduled transfer is missed, a seat is always offered on the next available departure. We regret that in your case this was not communicated or managed more smoothly at the time of arrival, leading to unnecessary waiting. Your feedback is important, and we will review what happened to ensure better coordination and clearer assistance for delayed arrivals in the future. We hope that despite this difficult start, you were still able to enjoy your stay in Crete, and we would appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience next time.
