As described and worked out great. Some have noticed that there aren't any lag bolt holes. I would definitely recommend this product. It shipped very fast too.
Great customer service via chat prior to ordering to make sure that I received the correct bracket. Then, I received some valuable install support via chat after I received my bracket.
I had a problem with getting my order so I was shipped a whole new order, no questions asked. When I finally received the original order, they were more than willing to help out by sending the one...
persistent phone calls after purchase is annoying. Want to check in? Fine, call once and leave a message. Half dozen phone calls and no message is just annoying
