It seems there was an issue with an incorrect postcode not matching the delivery address causing a delivery failure for our carrier. I understand that you have since spoken to the Customer Care Team and they have arranged a replacement order to the correct address which has now been delivered.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivering your order. The signs were made to order on a 2 day lead time but unfortunately were desptached during the recent bad weather where many deliveries were delayed due to volumes and weather conditions.

Please be assured this is not our normal service level and we apologise for any inconvenience caused
