Poor customer service

Unfortunately they scrambled my address putting my invoice name, followed by the road name, followed by the house name, followed by village and postcode. This led to parcelforce refusing to make any...

Placed an order, it was sent to the incorrect address, they haven't redirected it or sent out a replacement order to the correct address, so as yet I have not received my order.
