Thank you for your feedback regarding the discount given for your charity when you travelled in January this year. Having checked with our Commercial department they confirm the allowance can vary depending on the date booked, the availability of seats and whether travel is on a peak date and I am sorry the allowance was not as much as expected on this occasion. It is also disappointing you felt the quality of food provided at the Kombo Beach Hotel in the evenings was not of the same standard as when you have previously stayed. The general feedback about the food at the hotel has been good, but I will forward your comments to the General Manager, who is keen to make improvements where necessary. I do hope we can be of service to you again in the future.
