I am sorry you were unimpressed with the service provided by Monarch Airlines and also that some aspects of your stay at the Ngala Lodge were not as expected. The hotel is a small, boutique style hotel and is popular with our customers , many of whom return year after year, so it is disappointing you felt the décor and facilities are outdated. I am pleased you found the staff and restaurant of good quality and I hope you enjoyed your holiday overall.

I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay at the Sheraton, particularly as you have travelled with us before. The hotel is one of the newer hotels we work with, so it is disappointing you felt the general décor , cleanliness and facilities were not of the standard expected, but I have forwarded your comments to the General Manager, who is keen to receive any feedback from guests. We were aware of some issues earlier this year with buffet food becoming cold quickly and I am pleased to advise this appears to have been addressed. The general feedback about the hotel over the summer has been positive and we will continue to monitor this. I hope we may be of service to you again.
