Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you were disappointed with the house you originally booked, and subsequently our service. ‘Casa Santa Maria’ is classed as ‘very comfortable’ and we are confident this is a correct representation. Upon voicing your disappointment on arrival, we were able to show you alternative properties and you moved to Casa di I’Olivu the following day. This was of the same rating and you were moved at no extra cost. I am therefore sorry to read you felt the service we offered you was poor.

I am sorry you found the communication poor regarding the diversion of your flight from Manchester and I would explain our resort team do try to keep customers updated as far as possible however they have to rely on the information given by the airline. If a flight is delayed or diverted the situation can change quickly and unfortunately this can limit the information provided as arrangements can then also change a number of times, although I realise this can be frustrating for all concerned. Thank you for your comments about our representative in Calvi and I hope she was able to resolve the maintenance issues at your accommodation for you.
