Navigated a potentially complicated leasehold sale in 3 months - occasionally didn't reply to an email but all in all the sale progressed to completion very smoothly and proffesionally.

They don’t keep you updated and when you call/email, they don’t respond to you. They don’t seem proactive in progressing things, you end up having to push things forwards yourself.
