The flange is hand-formed and can be adjusted to fit most types of nibs. Our holders are supplied with the flange already adjusted for the Leonardt Principal EF nib.
In the Scribblers Classic Oblique Pen Holder product description, there is a link to our Calligraphy Resources section. If you click on this link an article is displayed describing the manufacturing process and a YouTube video clip on how to adjust the flange for different nibs.
Due to the manufacturing process it is possible to find slight variations between meaning a light adjustment to the flange maybe necessary to get a best fit for each Leonardt Principal EF Nib. However, you will definitely need to adjust the flange for other types of nibs.
Must say I have always had excellent service and just recently they went the extra mile to provide a product that I found very hard to obtain. Will always be my first choice for supplies.
