I ordered my scales on 17th November and and was told delivery will be 3-5 working days. I then chased them up on 30th November because I never received them and was told they have been delayed...

Good Afternoon Anthony,
Just an email to inform you that your scales have now been calibrated and dispatched today. You will receive your order tomorrow. Again please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your goods.
Your order has identified a communication problem we are experiencing with Ohaus and we are going to implement a process to try and prevent this happening to other customers in the future.
I know this does not change your experience with us and I can only say how sorry I am that we let you down on this occasion.
I sincerely hope we have not caused you and your company too many problems.
