Thank you for the review. The reason it showed processing for so long is sometimes our Fuel distributor does not send tracking until a few days after they ship. Being a smaller company every tracking number a customer receives is uploaded by hand to the account and order by our employees and a few (although very few) distributors do not have automated systems for us to reference and upload to the order. We do our best to get tracking uploaded as soon as possible, but there are times when other distributors are slow to get us the tracking and why the tracking was uploaded late. We do upload tracking as soon as we receive it and most orders get tracking same or next day. Glad to hear everything worked out well, there are a few little things that happen here and there with small business that much larger businesses can avoid due to their size and budget so we do appreciate the good feedback and hope you order from us again.
