Thank you for your patience with your order. With all the current events taking place in Australia at the moment StarTrack had some logistical hurdles to overcome to have the large 76" TV delivered. Hi I received my tv yesterday and the tv screen is Brocken it's a waste of money I want it repalced I payed nearly 2000 dollars for this tv I'm not happy

Preorder too many date changes and no clear time. It’s a drop ship scenario. So mysterious when I cancelled the order it ship. I told the they took too long and to cancel just more hassles

With all the current events taking place in Australia currently, we have seen shipping times have been delayed which is arguably why the ETA was pushed back by a couple of days. I can see that the item was shipped in about 7 business days from the time of order which as mentioned in this environment is very normal.
