Returning items I bought, 2 pans!
Was promoted as induction pans on the website and it does NOT WORK FOR INDUCTION STOVE TOP.
Extremely disappointed & inconvenienced by the fact that I must return...

I have returned the pans in store and bought a replacement one that works for my induction stovetop. I was informed that some new Baccarat pans do not work on older induction stovetops.
(my stovetop is 5yrs Old).
The sales woman at Canelands, Mackay QLD were very helpful.

Very easy to place the order. I stuffed up my address originally (thanks to auto fill). I phoned up to fix the mistake, the lady i spoke to was very helpful and it was sorted quickly.
