I was very impressed with the speed in which my order arrived! However, one of the items was broken inside some very good packaging - so I dont know how this occurred. I telephoned to report this. Waited 2/3 days and they rang back to say they would replace it. However, upon further checking, they discovered they no longer stocked the item. I was told to keep it and I would receive a refund on my credit card. I am not yet sure if the refund has come through. I would certainly order from them again. Thank you.
