We are not privy to the details of your claim, but are aware that claims may be held up if the car hire company is not forthcoming with any information. We therefore encourage our policyholders to obtain the information, in line with the Policy Wording, wherever possible when they return the car. This will speed up the claims process. However, we understand that this is not always possible and sometimes the claim may therefore be delayed. Thank you for getting in touch. You should receive a copy of this feefo response, but I shall also send you a copy by email. We would like to help and give you an opportunity to experience our Customer Service, which you have already rated as poor. This is the first that we have heard in this regard and at this stage we therefore can only assume that you are referring to the www.claimez.com website, the specialist company that has been appointed by the underwriters to handle our claims. We do not have a log in. If this is the first time you have notified them of a claim then you will not yet have a password. The password is only created in order that you may monitor the progress of your claim, i.e. you will not yet have a password. Following our conversation, I have provided you with a step-by-step guide to uploading your claim as follows: > Go to New Claimants: https://www.claimez.com/public/newclaim.aspx?ln=en > Complete page > Create a password (6 characters long and must include a symbol, e.g. a non-alpha-numeric) > You’ll be sent a verification email which you must click > Then you may login I understand from your email that you are now submitting your claim.
