Thank you for your feedback. Lucas Claims Solutions have confirmed that they requested all of the documents, as outlined within our Policy Wording, almost immediately for your 2nd claim/2nd rental. 2 Weeks' later you advised that you did not have a copy of the rental agreement. 2 week's later (including Bank Holiday) you were advised that due to the omission of a required document (the rental agreement) that this was being referred to a Senior Manager. We accept that 2 weeks was a little late in replying, but not all of the delays were ours. Lucas Claims Solutions are dealing with this now as a matter of urgency. We apologise for the delay that you experienced, we are investigating the reasons behind this to ensure that this does not happen again. Many thanks Ian Ian Pollicott Eversure Insurance

It was an automated process for wishful thinking. I have no idea whether i would be satisfied unless i had to make a claim and whether the insurance covered my needs.

Thank you for your feedback. You purchased worldwide cover, which includes cover in the USA. You contacted us and asked to cancel as you thought the USA was excluded. You acknolwedged that you had not read the small print. We advised that the USA was included, you had not selected the optional US$100,000 CDW cover option. We declined cancellation and you never replied. Our cancellation rights, which are within: the purchase declarations, our sales email, our certificate of insurance: and here: https://www.reducemyexcess.co.uk/your-right-to-cancel.aspx make it very clear that policies under 30 days may not be cancelled. Can't really say much about service as didn't need to claim. I would say the site layout was very clear and the price of the policy was a 5th of what I would have had to pay to the car company....
