No help provided to amend booking and $120 baggage fee!
Made an error in my booking as was told when I called that no changes were allowed. Also found out after I booked there will be a $120 charge for checked baggage. I have never flown with an airline...

Thank you for providing your review. Once you indicate your acceptance of the supplier Terms and Conditions and provide your credit card payment to confirm the booking, you are subject to those Terms and Conditions. The onus is on the client to ensure they have read, and understand, the Terms & Conditions of a supplier prior to finalizing their online booking. Unfortunately the airline does not allow any changes on your reservation. Also, within the airline terms and conditions, prior to confirming the reservation, it states zero free baggage.
