This order was sent on 30 September. On 7 October UPS emailed to say they had been trying to deliver it but needed the correct phone number for the customer. Firstly, 7 days from the UK to Australia is very fast. Secondly, if a customer doesn't give us their correct contact details, then there is no way for the courier to contact them if there's a problem with delivery. Thirdly, it is grossly unfair to give negative feedback in these circumstances, the customer could have contacted us or UPS. If the customer is reading this: PLEASE can you respond to our emails so that we can sort this out!
