Thank you for responding Megan. I have no idea exactly where things went wrong because the shipping address was correctly shown in the order confirmation emails I received from your company. How a completely different address ended up on the FedEx shipping label is still a mystery to me. But refunding the shipping charge tells me that Quality Bearings Online is a source that I can trust for great customer service in the end. Thank you very much for the kind gesture.
