I’m really sorry for the repeated damage and the inconvenience and cost this caused you. We can’t normally cover additional expenses like skips, but we do appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our packaging and delivery.
Excellent service from primrose as always have shopped with them before item comes well package and deliver by courier right to the door.
