This meant we were unaware of your requirements or how important the location of the room was. We are always happy to assist clients with any assistance requirements that they have and our staff are trained to be able to offer advice on the properties we feature and their suitability. We always recommend that if a booking includes someone with assistance requirements that this information is given at the time the reservation is made so we can discuss in detail any arrangements which are necessary to ensure the holiday runs as smoothly as expected. We will also ask that clients complete our assistance form which can be found on the website. This information is then forwarded to the relevant suppliers to ensure the arrangements necessary are in place. Regrettably on this occasion we were not given the opportunity to do this for you.
