I can see that we have been in discussions over email and I apologise that you have had such a negative experience with the couriers that we use. This is not the level of service that we expect from them and I can assure you that this feedback has now been logged with them to avoid this happening to anyone in the future.
I understand that we have requested further details of the previously raised issue, as unfortunately we cannot find any communications from yourself on our system, so we look forward to receiving this information.
Thankfully, as you have confirmed over email, your orders were intact, with no damage to the drams, which is fantastic. I can also see that you have been compensated to apologise for these inconveniences. If in the unfortunate event that an order does get damaged in transit, we are always on hand to immediately ship a replacement out, so that you are never out of pocket.
