Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service. Our website states that we deliver bags to and from the airport as we are an airport luggage delivery service. As your booking request was from one address to another, two bookings were required and separate payments made for each leg of the journey - one for £10 and one for £20. Apologies if this was unclear during the booking process.
