Excellent service

They give consistently good service and, in the event of a client making an error in booking - as I did - they went out of their way to rectify the problem and provide a rebate.

Check in was fine but BA didn’t put our luggage on our flight

Check in was fine but the bottom line is our luggage didn’t make our flight. Not good
