Hello. I am very sorry not to have replied to you sooner, but your issue was not reported to me. I have looked into the order. We supply our short piece of pipe sections so that installers can use them on a job if they only need a small piece to make a connection rather than buying a full length. They are supplied as a rough cut section as installers will cut them down to the size they require rather than a prefect pipe section. I have now changed the listing on the website so that it reflects this. I have also checked back in our records and cannot find a record of your contacting us to advise the issue and so it was never dealt with. Although late, I am more than happy to issue you a refund if the parts were not of use to you, please contact me to arrange this.
