Perfect customer service

Presentation packaging poor.
first delivry of my order had 6 out of 9 lengths of coving damaged. Had to wait over a week to get them replaced. this delayed the completion of my decoration to my house.

I would definately use this company again as all of the coving was replaced at no extra cost and the members of staff that I was dealing with were first class. The damage was done in transit out of the companies control.
