We have not received the items yet and on the website it still says processing. it's nearly 8 weeks now since we ordered.

Thanks so much for your feedback. I'm so sorry that your parcel has not arrived, we sent this within 24 hours of your order, and so it has likely been mislaid by our courier. I've asked for a replacement order to be made up, and will give you a call this morning to arrange delivery.
