I am not in a position to comment because I have not had to test the service provided yet. And because I cannot give feed back without giving a rating i must rate my experience so far as bad.

policy documents were not issued within the timescale specified on the website (5-7 working days I believe) so I had to call up and request them. The person I spoke to was very nice, and apologised...

Good with a fast response when needed

The insurance was very easy to be bought on the internet and every time I have called the customer service for some advise they have always been very helpful.

Petplan pay any claims promptly and have addressed any issues quickly and efficiently.

I have been very happy with the service from Petplan. I have had no problems with my claims and people at the call centre have always been polite and courteous.

I have had good service from Petplan. Although it is one of the more expensive pet insurance companies it does deliver.
