Most helpful. I've now gone back to my vet, and hopefully the discrepancy will soon be sorted out. I've also given you permission to talk to my vet should there be any more difficulty.

Clear choices, no pressure to choose and a genuine willingness to answer all my questions to my satisfaction.

So far the experience is fine - have had no need to claim anything so far.

Have taken over month to sort my claim. Said vet not responded but contacted vet and they stated no been asked anything from petplan. They now have sent the facts by requested and chasing up myself....

I was disappointed there has been an exemption on my policy because of what the vet said regarding my Shitzu's nose, the breed does tend to have small nasal passages and this usually sorts itself out...

Didn't get what I needed (2 dogs on 1 policy number as I had before)
