Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear it has successfully trapped one mouse. Rodents are very intelligent and it can take a while for them to make there way into a trap/bait box. It could also be a case that the mouse may be able to smell the human scent on the box, we'd suggest wearing gloves when handling the trap or rubbing a little mud onto it, to decrease the human scent. Are you baiting it with something to attract them into the trap? If you would like some advice, please give us a call or send us an email.

I am terribly sorry this hasn't seemed to have reduced the numbers. We sell many of these and we don't seem to have any issues. It could be a case that the numbers are too large for this unit to keep controlled and that's where sprays and outdoor fly traps will come in handy. Thank you for your feedback, I'm glad to hear these have kept those moths at bay. This product is unscented, hence why they probably don't smell like the mothballs. If you are wanting a scented product, the Acana Sachets will do the exact same thing as these papers and they are lavender scented.
