I paid extra for 24hr dispatch on a Sunday, received wrong order 3days later on Wednesday, order corrected and received on Thursday. If even order was correct, I paid extra postage and took 3 days.

your item had a production lead time of up to 24hours before dispatch and the delivery method chosen was Royal mail 24 which is not a next day service, royal mail aim to deliver within 24 hours from dispatch however this is not a guaranteed service. customer support had advised they have resolved the issues regarding the items in question.
