Within this range, there is a size option to choose, 650ml or 3200ml and on checking your order I can see you have chosen the 650ml.
All our product pages do state personalised and dispatch times, and I can confirm that your order was dispatched in the lead time stated via your chosen delivery method Royal Mail 48, formally known as 2nd class mail.
The Royal Mail is generally very good and do aim to deliver within 48 hours, however, I am sorry to hear this was not the case on this occasion.
I have contacted you directly, as your comments regarding the label does not sound to our usual standard and I would like to investigate this further. I would therefore, be grateful if you could get back to me.
