I am sorry to learn that your order arrived later than anticipated, I can confirm that your order was personalised dispatched within the lead time stated and sent out on your chosen delivery method of Royal mail 48, royal mail aim to deliver within 48 hours from dispatch however, this is not a guaranteed service, I am sorry that this arrived later than expected.

I am sorry to learn that you are disappointed in the slate coasters received. Slate is a natural product, therefore each slate will be unique in texture, cut and appearance. Fault lines and edges are a natural occurrence of all hand cut slates.
