I can advise that customer support had been in contact with yourself regarding your recent order with us. We do have to allow up to 10 working days for you order to reach you, and this is required by Royal mail service.

Very poor customer service. Had to report to paypal to get refund for bad quality vases. Other products were ok. If you do use make sure you pay with PayPal!!
