Was told it would take 48 hours it took 72 so was late to give as a wedding gift on the day! Package wasn't sealed probably and was half open

I am sorry to learn that order arrived later than anticipated. All of our items require 48 hours to be produced before being dispatched on your chosen delivery method of Royal mail 48.
I can confirm that your order was dispatched within the lead time to you. Royal mail aim to deliver within 48 hours however, this is not a guaranteed service. I am sorry this arrived later than expected.Please be assured your feedback will be passed on regarding the way the item was packaged.

I am sorry to learn that your order arrived later than anticipated. Your chosen delivery method was Royal mail 24. Royal mail are usually very good and aim to deliver within 24 hours from dispatch however this is not a guaranteed service. I apologise tat this arrived passed the event.
