As far as i can see from all the details, your shipment was dropped off on 27/11 in Canada, a day early and was signed for by THOMAS on 29/11 in the UK. I can't see any issues with the shipment, nor any sign of the parcel being returned to the depot or dropped off at an Access Point for the recipient to collect. If however no one is at home, it's normal practice for UPS now to drop the goods into the nearest Access Point. Are you perhaps thinking of a different shipment with a different company? This shipment seems to have gone as planned and you received the service you paid for.
