The range of options was extensive and I ended up paying less for a relatively speedy service than if I had taken my parcel to the Post Office.

I had to arrange a parcel to be picked up from Italy when living in London. Excellent experience. Easy instructions even for a 75 year old.

I didn't get served. Waited all day, courier never arrived. Went to chat function, basically they couldn't do anything out of hours. Weren't concerned unless you are let down twice. I had to rebook...

That was very good, the lady driver came to my home to collect the boxes.
